  • The preform measuring instrument is designed with the principle of optical multi-lens refraction segmented imaging, and uses multi-segment parallel light to irradiate the bottle body to obtain the entire preform profile image.
  • The preform clamping head can be conveniently replaced according to different bottle openings; the preform clamping head rotates through the servo motor to locate the inherent feature points of the preforms, and achieve standardized measurement of all preforms.
  • With remote control function, it is convenient for instrument maintenance; the measurement data is displayed in a tabular form, avoiding artificial data copying, and one-click data export or printing.
  • The system has measurement modular management, and improves the measurement accuracy to 1/3~1/5 pixel (0.005mm) through the sub-pixel image processing technology of implantation technology.

  • The measurement software can set up a variety of measurement modules to meet the daily measurement requirements, weekly measurement requirements, and monthly measurement requirements, thereby improving the detection efficiency; the system sets the operator login interface, and the measurement of each data ensures traceable data.
  • The system has character learning and recognition functions. Based on character pre-learning, it can quickly identify the cavity number on the preform and record it in the data sheet.
